@L-J146 Your place is sweet. You've done a good job with the photos and the description. I like the personal element in the description- that always helps to get guests who will hopefully be respectful of the place, to know the host has a personal stake in it, it's not just some investment property with a faceless property manager.
Not really much to critique here. You might put some potted plants (some red geraniums would be nice if they are suitable for your climate, or some agave in keeping with the desert location) out on the back seating area to soften it and make it feel more homey.
And bedroom 2 is screaming for bedside tables and lamps. As someone who always reads in bed at night, I find that a big oversight in a lot of listings. Plus people need a place to put their book, phone, eyeglasses, a glass of water.
