Currently I have no requests on low season. On the other hand, I cancelled many requests in the past. Due to this fact I have no reviews yet

I intend to make my listing perfect. Thank you for your time

Hi @Levan49

I'm sure there are hosts here who will give great advice about your listing.

Also keep in mind that you will not get many new requests if you don't accept bookings. It sounds like you may not actually have canceled confirmed bookings (which would count heavily against you), but rather that you have declined requests from guests. The Airbnb Help Centre warns as follows:

Turning down a lot of requests can impact your reservation rates and where your listing shows up in search.

Thank you for the reply @Shelley159 . Yes, I have cancelled one approved request and as a result I have negative balance of 140usd. This was in August. I have had just one request after this fact. How can I fix it?

Hi @Levan49

Here are Airbnb's tips for getting more guests:

How search results work - Airbnb Help Center

Hopefully some other hosts will also post specific feedback for you.

Be sure to manage your calendar well so that when you get the next request, there's a good chance that you can accept it. You shouldn't accept guests that you are uncomfortable with, but I'm sure you can also see why Airbnb and guests would favour listings that don't turn down too many requests. Once a booking is in place, try not to cancel unless you have no alternative. Hope it helps!

Thanks a lot
