When new listing is uploaded, generally high enquiries since discount is offered for first 3 bookings. You may have to check your listing setting, following actions may help:

1) Check your calendar and ensure you have availsbility for at least 3 months.

2) Change your cancellation policy to flexible

3) Turn on your instant booking
