Hi everyone!
I need your expertise on my listing (link below). It’s a quirky, fun, adventure-style squaredrop camper set in the Peak District, with a beautiful view overlooking the Dragons Back ridge.
About the setup:
We’re currently charging £80/night, which I feel is probably too cheap for up to 4 guests — but we priced conservatively because it’s winter, colder, and the kitchen is outside.
That said, we’ve been fully booked every weekend since going live, which suggests the price might be low.

What I’d Love Feedback On
1. Pricing (biggest question)
Given the location (Peak District, with a Dragons Back view) and that it sleeps 4, what would you charge as the weather warms up?
I’m considering something like:
Does this feel realistic for:
Should I price for 2 guests and charge extra for 3–4?
And should weekends be priced differently?
The smart pricing system priced us at £70 per night all year around which just feels way too low.
2. Photos & Listing Description
Do the photos sell the adventure and location well enough?
Should anything be reordered, reshot, or added?
Any tips on:
3. Target Guests
Who do you think this appeals to most?
Couples? Outdoor enthusiasts? Families with older kids? Glampers looking for something Instagrammable?
Should I adjust the listing to focus more on a particular type of guest?
4. Amenities / House Rules
Anything missing or unclear?
Does the outdoor kitchen setup need better explanation?
Are there any amenities that, if added or better highlighted, could justify higher pricing?
sorry a million questions, but keen to get this right!
In terms of pricing I would normally look at what others are charging for comparable listings in your area .
however yours is a rather more unusual set up. But I am sure there will be some glamping/camping set ups that you could look at .
you can always try increasing your pricing and see whether you continue to get booked out .
Thanks for your feedback!
most are charging around £100-£140 a night it seems for a 2 person glamping experience in the summer.
