My name is Shailesh. I have put a lot of effort into improving my listing on my own, and I would love your advice on how to enhance it further. I cater to a variety of guests, including those looking for short or long getaways, family stays, and special events such as weddings and vow renewal ceremonies.

Amazing house congratulations!

If your business plan is events Airbnb specifically because of community complaints markets against party houses your ad is going to cause issues for you on this platform.

You have a great property in a fantastic location but your intended market does not align with Airbnb's intended market.

You have to revisit your market plan to have success on the Airbnb Platform.

Your place is stunning! If you want to offer small weddings or gatherings at your venue I would suggest adding an existing photo of an event held at your property to your listing photos. The slow and careful drive up to the property is a bit concerning. Perhaps a drone photo of that road and of the overall view of the property would be helpful.
