Your place looks super spacious and inviting! I’d suggest retaking some of the photos using straight angles and good lighting so it’ll really help show off the space better. If budget allows, a pro photographer could make a big difference, especially to highlight that awesome pool, the greenery, and how big the area is.

The description is already nice but it might help to add a full list of amenities so guests know exactly what’s included. Also, maybe try tweaking the title to highlight unique features like the private pool, backyard or that it’s pet-friendly.
