Hi, we are a little bit concerned about this listing as it has no reviews and it has been on since 2023.

It looks that that person/ company has more 12 listing and none of them has reviews.

Could this be suspicious?

It does look odd that the host has posted twelve new listings at the same time. What did the host say when you spoke to him about this ? @Malgorzata29 

If you're concerned book with a superhost with lots of recent five star reviews although of course not many properties will sleep 12.
