Deactivated account due no real apartment for stay

I am a co-host for 3 years, today my uncle ask me for help to list his apartment, i was doing everything step by step, but at the end said account deactivated, your apartment is not real, and yes it is real and we did the pictures, he has the permits and all building is already in airbnb units. What can he do??? Or what can i do to help him???
