Different search options on Google and Bing

With all the commotion regarding the new home page with searches starting with searches by regions and houses by design, there has been quite a bit of discussion on how listings are getting harder to find, listing photos being changed and too many listings appearing in wrong categories. 

Just out of curiosity, I searched Airbnb on BING and the old home page with location desired first and then categories starting with "All Homes" being the first option and NOT "Design" as featured in the new Airbnb page on Google.

Any feedback as to why a different webpage on a different hosting site?

The answer to that question is an IT one. As each web page must be optimized for each individual browser.

therefore, it means that AirBNB did not do that optimisation for bings, yet
