Disconnected channel manager messed up my account

I'm a new host and I connected my Airbnb to Lodgify for about a week and did not like it. So I disconnected it, but now I cannot update some information like the cleaning fee. Also, there is a security deposit of $600 that I cannot remove, and it's creating some issues with potential guests. I've contacted Airbnb and Lodgify and they cannot help. Has anyone run into something similar and found a solution?

@Emiel1 thanks for the suggestion. I've tried that earlier but the sync option is gone probably because I'm no longer connected to Lodgify 😞

Did you ever figure this out? I’m having the same issue.
