Hello @Alison1256

I went onto your listing and you've done a great job but there are a few things that I picked up on:

  1. The title - need to make it a bit more dreamy😉 Your recent guest described it as being "luxurious" and I think you should use that to entice guests to click on your photos to see more...

  2. I'm wondering if you haven't inverted the  type of beds provided for bedroom 2 and 3 as the photos don't correspond to the bed type?
  3. In the description you mention that all 3 bedrooms are ensuite.  There is a function that you can use to attache the bathrooms to the bedrooms.
==>Go into each bedroom and under the photos you'll see Privacy info (this is  where you can attach photos of the ensuite pictures.  I agree, you wouldn't guess from the the choice of wording used😉
  4. I think you need to add some more pictures of the bathrooms so that guests can see if there is a bath or a shower.  Currently all they see is the sink.
  5. I would go into each and every room and add all the amenities provided per room by clicking on amenities just under the pictures
  6. Talking of amenities, your huge house is showing only 11!  For such a high standard of house there is so much more than you can tick and the more amenities you have the better your listing will perform.  This list of amenities are the ones you'll find under the Listing Editor. So for now, your large house tells guests that there is no Wifi, no hot water, no heating!!
  7. Use the preview button that pops up on the Listing Editor which allows us to go into the guest views of our listing and then to go back into host mode, use that function at the top of the page in guest view.
  8. I noticed in the kitchen, photos of the family - I would remove this and take that picture again.  People want to have the impression that the place is theirs and that they haven't stepped into someone else's home😉
  9. I would also remove the hanging dishcloths from the oven bar.
  10. Pricing - you seem to be very low priced but then again I have no idea of your market but I'm seeing a price of 102€ per night with a very low cleaning fee.  That 102€ is your nightly price excluding fees but it still seems low for 6 people staying.  If we are priced too low, there is a bigger chance that we attract the wrong type of people and increases our chances of partying.  At least you don't do one night stays but I would check again how you compare to other listings in your category to be sure you're not priced too low.
  11. Forgot to check if you have written up any House Rules under additional information

You've got off to a great start Alison and wish you a great season
