You have wi-fi and most people have sone restringe service of there own,  My rentals provide a Smart TV but netflix or whatever is up to my guest to provide

Your description mentions so much to see and enjoy but your guest reviews are all about staying in the rental.  Try creating some guidebooks especially other historic sites there is a big market not people who are interested in those things  Sometimes guests need to be educated on enjoying things to do

Guidebooks just like your listing need a cover photo and a title that causes interest to look.  You can create multiple Guidebooks do that like restaurants historic sites and shopping.  If you are close to something that a lot of people visit, create a Guidebook for that were you have lodging as a keyword.  Airbnb Rentals Because of Airbnb website rankings will shows up on internet search engines.  Internet search engines are all about keywords.  Your ad is to display on Airbnb , your Guidebooks is where you are making the most of keywords while informing the Guests  Marketing tools

I seen ome guidebook with no cover photo, a cover photo is what intriques someone to look inside.  We are all visually motivated and a plain green just doesn't enticel.  The Guidebook I didn't look through the whole book but seemed orientated to where to eat  Good information 

I don't know your area so I will use an explane I am familiar  with maybe that would explain better

I was talking to someone in Hawaii near Volcano Park.  People will search om the internet volcano viewing and lodging,  I advised him create a Guidebook about Volcano Park that is the popular attraction you want to associate your listing too.  Guests aren't familiar with hours and any info so they love it.  

Don't go overboard with the keyword lodging you want ti appeal to a computer while encouraging potential guests.  Maybe one line per page that reminds them you offer the perfect lodging.  Use a free AI writing tool it takes your lodging statement and I just say ad copy it comes up with different ways to say the same thing and internet search engines recognize variations
