Earnings report per property

Hi fellow hosts of multiple properties, anyone know how to get an earnings report per property  vs a combined report?

Seems like we can look at rating stats per property so why has airbnb not figured out how to give us an earnings report/property as well???

@Lisa-and-Ben0 you need to download the transactions file to Excel and then sort by each property I am afraid. This also gives you the gross earnings needed for tax returns as it includes the Airbnb host fees.

On the desktop version of Airbnb, there is an option to set the property before downloading the transaction history.

@Pat271 Ooh that's exciting - I must have missed this feature although we would then need 3 downloads so not especially helpful.
