Editing message templates is not working anymore

While trying to edit the message templates the screen freezes and nothing happens ( 3 loading dots are visible )

Can this be repaired please? : )

Are you trying to edit in the App on your phone?  

 

If so, it seems there is an issue with that. Try a computer instead.

Hi there @Elisa ,

I tried everything via desktop ( chrome ). I tried today again and the loader never goes away.

I will try the phone to see if I can move forward.

Is this the correct place to post this issue?

Try these steps as well:

 

Another option would be to log out and close all tabs and open it on a single browser on a pc/laptop and see if that helps.

These are some usual troubleshooting steps that we share for most technical difficulties:

• Log out (on all affected devices/browsers)
• Close all browser windows/tabs (on all affected devices/browsers)
• Open ONE new window (on all affected devices/browsers)
• Clear cache and cookies and browser history (on all affected devices/browsers)
• Delete & re-install app (if applicable)
• Log in with email associated with your Airbnb account on one device

 

Hello, I have the same issue, I think it's a more generalized bug, I've tried it on 2 different browsers, I've emptied the cache and cookies, in private browsing, I can edit 1 message sometimes and after 2 min the page doesn't respond and I have to restart everything...

I am US based and not having the issue. Perhaps it is related to another country's platform? 

 

Have your tried Firebox as a browser?

 

Have you logged off ALL devices and then tried logging in on one device only using your emai address (not your phone number)?
