@Thomas3227 Most people do not charge directly for electricity used. It is just a cost they absorb into their nightly rate. In fact in some countries (like the UK) it is not possible to charge separately without jumping through hoops and also is one of the tests used to determine if a tenancy has been created.

@Thomas3227 I think your listing needs work. As set up it is only for 2 people (in 2 bedrooms). You should either make it for 4 people or have 2 listings - 1 bedroom for 2 people and 2 bedrooms for 4 people. Just lock the 2nd bedroom when the 1 bed place books.

It does seem rather cheap but I don't know your market at all.

Thanks for your advice. It’s 2 Floor So I could rent them out both in same time with difference people. What do you mean 2 listings ? I make it for 4 then they can book for a family. the price is low but it’s my first time here. Have this house in 12 years but never rent it out. I want som guest first and hopefully they give me good ratings. After that I will raise the price slowly .
