This is so exciting! When I search on Airbnb I usually only want to look at Superhosts' properties. I'm so thrilled to now be one of them. I'm hoping this helps to elevate the visibility of our property? Our house is in a beautiful and highly visited area in Gold Country in California. We keep an immaculate, newly renovated, and beautiful home. Yet our bookings are not flowing in as I would love to see.
Are there any resources of Superhosts to do a deeper dive on the listing and pricing to see if there's anything we could do to improve our visibility and conversion rates?
Thank you so much!

Congratulations! Your listings are beautiful.
A suggestion though maybe tweak and try other photos as cover photo. I have a large group , you have stunning pictures but the bait when I search is your bedroom picture and titlle. Competation pictures may be decks, beautful living rooms or fire pits which you have but anothder listing is tempting the Guest to click. You want to show what your market previous Guests rave about because you want to encouage Guests that adore your property.

Thank you Marie! I will try that. I recently switched to the bedroom picture because it's one of the nicest rooms in the house. I had a fire pit picture before. I will continue to rotate and see! Thanks again!
It is hard to remember, to set the cover photo and your ad as a brochure of a luxerious week vacation for 9 people who want to be together for a week becayse then they go home again. So your bedroom is stunning but if my mindset is group fun for a week in a luxury setting I am not purchasing the space. A bedroom sort of advertise seperation from the group. Also good to have but lower on my mindset priority list. Make sense?
Thank you Marie. I so appreciate your feedback. Would you have a suggestion of which picture to include? I used to have our fire pit one but that didn't get me many bites. It's also quite similar to another home's fire pit area. I see other successful houses in the area and they all seem grand... high ceilings, big entertainment spaces. So yes, I'm competing with that. The reason I chose the bedroom as the latest was because it seemed like the grandest looking space in the house. Even though it's a bedroom, it has the high ceilings and beautiful lighting. The other spaces are great for entertaining and gatherings but don't feel as grand. Would love your thoughts on which to use instead... thank you again Marie!
Hello @Nicole4266 and congratulations on being a SH. You have seen that Airbnb have taken away the possibility for guests to search listings using the SH filter?
Guests only have the "Guest Favourite" option to select now.
yes I noticed that yesterday 😞
The number one thing you can do is get professional photos taken by an experienced Airbnb photographer - not just a real estate photographer. Your photos are not doing your place justice. The cost will pay for itself with one booking and can usually be written off as a business expense. Do not hire a photographer through Airbnb's program (lots of complaints). Do an internet search "Airbnb Photographer" and be sure they show a portfolio of Airbnb's they have previously done a photoshoot on.
Here is a YouTube video that explains why professional photos are so important for listing success:

I see a hot tub in one of the photos, but don't see it listed as an amenity?
