@Paula tagged me on a previous post you made about help with your lisitng? I believe @Helen3 mentioned in another similar post you left in the Host Circle, that it appears you work for a  property management company that manages 100s of properties and specializes in optimizing listings? I'm sure Westsolco probably already has excellent ideas and strategies about how to improve booking rates on your listings and for their other clients.
