Erroneous Highlights Are Posted

Hi all,

Is anyone else having the issue where erroneous highlights are posted about their listing? I have a direct beach front condo.  My pictures show it as direct beach front.  My categories say direct beach front.  Yet, the highlight that Airbnb posts says it is an 18 minute walk to the beach.  I have changed my categories, changed my pictures and everything else I can think of to fix it.  I first reported it to Airbnb in October and they said that "guests could tell I was beach front based on the pictures" but nothing was done.  I sat on the phone with them for about an hour a few days ago and they finally told me that their engineers stated it was an issue on their end as other hosts had reported similar issues.  Guest inquiries are asking me questions about location and I fear I am losing bookings.  Is anyone else having this issue and how do we escalate it and get Airbnb's attention?
