I am on Airbnb from 3 Years I was hosting one experience Abu Dhabi City Tour with Grand mosque from Nov 2024 till March 6,2025 I received message from Airbnb in Feb 2025 that my product will be removed on March 6 2025 I did appeal for it but I received message on March 7 2025 that your experienced has been removed I want to know the reason the current rating of my product is 4.76 below is experienced stats.

I have this tour on sharing basis I had a situation that some of the guest reviews are not fair because in the same tour guest are giving 5* and other is giving 3* due to which my rating came down I am running this experienced from 3 month I want Airbnb should reconsider this decision and make my experienced live as many guest are inquire about this experience I talked to help center they said this is our appeal department issue they will contact you and discuss with you this issue but nobody contacted me it seems I received automated message that your experienced is removed which i felt unfair I put so much effort to collect these reviews hosted 239 guest and none of my booking got cancelled I need help of this matter to make my experienced live again
