Extra Bed Options Seems to have disappeared

I just updated a listing that I co-host, when I originally set it up I listed 4 beds, and 3 bdrms, the sofa can be converted into a bed.  I went to do an update which Airbnb was suggesting to attach pictures to your rooms, I did this and all of a sudden the 4th bed is no longer showing.  Originally it showed 4 beds, 3 bedrooms, now it only shows 3 beds and 3 bedrooms yet I am still hosting 8 people.  Has anyone else come across this, do you know how to fix it and add back in that there is a bed in the common areas.

I know it is an old thread, but I have the same problem. It is very strange, because it is like that on one computer and on the other it works. I use Linux with Firefox on both computers. On one it looks like on the attached screenshot and on the other it works. I also tried on another browser (Chromium) and in the incognito mode on Firefox. I don't understand.
