Hi fellow hosts,

I’m a new host on Airbnb and would really appreciate your honest feedback. Whether it's the photos, title, description, amenities, pricing, or anything else — I'm open to all constructive criticism.

A little background: my place is called The Willow Branch in Romney, WV.  The property has (2) apartment style suites. I'm aiming to appeal to weekend travelers, business travel, couples looking for a quiet getaway,  families visiting the area to ride the Potomac Eagle scenic train, etc. , and I want to make sure the listing accurately reflects the experience and stands out in search.

We opened the doors and hosted our first guest beginning May 19th and so far have a total of (5) bookings between the (2) units.

I have created a Facebook and Instagram Page for the property as well as a Google listing. Any other tips on advertising these new spaces?

Such lovely feedback for your first stay! I love that you named the suite after local nature spots -are hiking and other outdoors activities one of the big drivers of tourism in your area?

Amazing apartments, you did outstanding.

Few suggestions

If my group is 4 then yes the beds are a priority.

After that I look can I picture us 4 having coffee and breakfast planning today's activities comfortably?  Remember he potential Guest has never seen your property.  Pictures and description sell me I will be very happy.

Same for living room and your great outdoor space.  Keep in mind I am thinking value based on price for my group for a week.  Tell me don't make me guess.

As a potential Guest you are basically my eyes of what I am buying for a week.  The Description and photos are your way of telling me,  

Living room, pictures where I can visualize maybe my partner myself and our children just unwinding from a glorious day of fun.  Description Comfortable adequate seating for 4 a tv light entertainment.

Dining- the apt that said 4 there are 2 pictures 2 chairs at an island 2 chairs at a table.  I am mom planning and i have 2 children younger even 5 or 6 years old.  How does that flow?  Near or far from each other?

Patio area I could only see 2 chairs?
