I suggest:

- To add captions to the photo;s, also type/size of beds (options in the editor)

- To complete checkin-time with latest time (option in editor)

- To add English as second language, avoiding auto-translation,more info:

The Airbnb Platform provide 5 pages with suggested topics.  Topics potential Guests want to know to pick a STR.  Fill out your listing completely.

For me the narrow pictures presented thr space as probably smaller than actual size.

Use the Airbnb New Listing Discount  It is vety helpful

Amenities averaghe is 50 or 60.  Double check I seen a refrigerator and at leaest 1 dresser in photos but you don'ty have .listed.

Check similar listings (same size, location, amenities)  

Don’t compare with the cheapest but compare with booked listings.

If you’re new or have few reviews, price slightly lower to build traction
