Hi Everyone,
I have my first 2 listings in Cozumel, Mexico (links below), and I would be super grateful for your experienced critiques!
One of them has been online for about 10 days, and I still do not have bookings. I know that patience is key here, so I'm staying cool 🙂
Any tips or critiques you may have would be highly appreciated, so please don't mince your words! Pictures, description, prices, all topics are on the table !

You have very unique wonderful features, that I think highlighting those instead of the usual pool and such.
Looking at your pictures I was amazed by spaciousness, luxury design and patios off a bedroom should be a highlight, not common.
I would change cover photo ocean view is wonderful but if I have a group of six that incorrectly looks cramped your other photos I am wow.
Especially if a crib offering invest in bedroom smoke detectors.

The picture of the living room that includes the patio. Big difference looking at 6 people relaxing. So much seating space and comfort.
