Frustrated with the Lack of Support for Unlisted Listing

It has been over a week since my Airbnb listing was unlisted without any explanation. Despite reaching out to the support team multiple times, I have only been told that a "special team" will handle the case. However, no one has contacted me or provided any updates in these seven days. As a host, this lack of communication and clarity is incredibly frustrating and disheartening. We work hard to create memorable experiences for our guests, yet this issue has left us in the dark with no way to address or resolve it. I sincerely hope Airbnb can improve its support to partners and prioritize clear and timely communication to avoid such situations in the future.

Unfortunately, this is the normal process and usually a result of a guest complaint of some sort to Airbnb involving:

 

Safety or Privacy

Discrimination of Any Kind (verbal or written)

Undisclosed cameras, report of cameras in disallowed areas, or improperly disclosed cameras

Cleanliness issues

Party Complaint (by a neighbor or even by the Host)

 

It usually takes around 10 days before you are notified and whether your listings will be reinstated.
