I have 2 studios that stay full , and only take a week or two to get rented. ( 30 day minimum). One unit was vacant for. a month! Come to find out, my listing disappeared! it was not on the listing pages, or on the map. I have spoken to several support people, and no one is helping. The listing did pop up briefly on the map, but it's gone again! They just CLOSED THE COMMUNICATION! without any resolution! These units are my income. I called back and have someone new who sees that its now showing up. She will talk to the tech team.
I asked for compensation, as I lost a month of income, around $ 1800. NOPE! This is NOT OK! AIrbnb has made ALOT of money from me as I have been a Superhost since 2015! GRRRRRRR
Do we have any attorneys on this group?

Hi there @Annie-B0,
I'm sorry to read your recent experience. I've had a look at your profile and can see 2 listings that are active. It might be related to this article 'Airbnb map symbols' and require zooming in/out on the map to see your listing.
Please let me know if you can see your listing when zooming in/out and if not, we can go from there.
Focus on resolution: While expressing your frustration is understandable, try to maintain a professional and focused tone in your communication with Airbnb support. Emphasize your desire for a solution, such as reactivating your listing, reimbursing your lost income, or offering future hosting credits. **
