Hello! Anyone else have a glitch in sending automated check out instructions for one night stays? We have check out instructions scheduled for 8 pm the night before check out. It seems with one night stays they are sending it at our in time instead and then it will say “we sent this off schedule.” Any ideas on how to correct this?
The software release 5/13/25, did change the messaging formats. If you have a guest only staying one night, you'll need to create a "Custom Time - Day of Check-in 8pm" I believe in order for the guest to receive your checkout message the way you want:
