I have a question I have a guest scheduled to stay u til July 29th but wants to leave July 10 and wants partial refund for days not used. They have been here 2 months. What do you all do in this situation. I don’t cancellation policy for once they are here

Your usual cancellation policy is replaced by Airbnb's long term policy which means that the guest needs to give you one months notice as his trip has already started. So as others have said it is your choice but with nearly three weeks notice and high season, do you not feel that you would be able to get another reservation during that time? You would definitely be doing your current guests a favour by accepting their refund and I would like to think they would show you their gratitude with a 5* star review!!

Hi @Amanda2382 first it depends on what your cancellation policy is. Airbnb can also tell you what your choices you have if any and discuss with you the different cancellation options you can put in place for your future guests.
2nd it depends on the circumstances of why they want to leave early. For instance what if there was a family emergency or their job was relocating them sooner then later. If Airbnb allows you to make a decision then you have full control of allowing the early check out or denying the early check out however regardless of your decision the guest will still have the ability to leave you a positive or negative review 🤷🏽♂️ so make sure all the communication concerning this matter is being discussed in the Airbnb chat with your guest. Make sure you do everything that you can to keep the conversation positive and remember Airbnb will look at all the conversations & documentations that you have to support your decision. Airbnb is like the judge they want to maintain a positive community & experience for the all their guest while also making sure that their host are maintaining the Airbnb guidelines. You may have that 1 guest that you want to check out sooner than later but you also have blocked off dates and you want to get paid for those dates. I hope this helps. Keep in mind you are new and want to get off the ground smoothly, it is not a time for fast and concrete rules, meaning swing at every pitch; more whatever is best to your next goal.

I would say that’s up to your discretion on whether or not to refund a portion of their money.
Also why are they leaving ? Were they just renting to get to know the area better and have now have bought a home.
To keep the possibility of getting a five star review and with a legitimate reason it might be best to go ahead and refund their portion.
