HELP! MUST REMOVE MY BNB FROM THIS PLATFORM!!!! Who to contact & how?

I have been trying to cancel my Airbnb availability and remove my home from this platform due to water issues. Is there a phone number/ email  I can call/write  to accomplish this? I was once promised a link, but I never received it. I have not had guests for over a year. TIA

You can simply Unlist or Permanently delete the listing yourself:
