Having a listing for 2 neighboring houses

I have 2 independent listings but I want to have a 3rd one that combines the advantage of saving them booking fees (only have to book 1 property) but also target the audience who are looking for properties that can house more guests than just 1 of the houses.  How can I do this?  Calendar syncing would be a must, because I can't run into a situation where one of them is double booked.

You would have 3 listings:

Listing one (Parent - combines 1&2)

Listing two child

Listing three child

Sync Listing 2 to listing 1

Sync Listing 3 to listing 1

Turn on Pro Tools so you can see all the calendars on one page

Be advised that reservations will automatically block the calendars correctly to prevent double bookings. However, if you manually want to block days for personal use, you must block all three calendars. This is intentional, as some Hosts prefer to block the smaller listings on weekends and holidays in the hope the larger listing gets booked first.
