Hello ABNB Community! I would very much like to ask for help by having my listing critiqued.

I am seeking raw, unapologetic feedback on my listing. I have been a SuperHost for only 2 years and I am always browsing around looking at other SuperHost's and Host's listing asking myself, "Oh. Should I incorporate this or that??" And honestly, I always feel as though so many of the seasoned Host's listing that I see are so much better than mine. Lol. That said, if I ever will get to the perfect listing, I will surely need your help. I appreciate any advice, and comments re: literally anything which has to do with my listing. Ok...... Ready, set.... go!! (I think, lol)

Hello @Andrea5994

What a lovely property you have😍  I have one suggestion for you - you have a lot of photos in the Additional Photos that should be moved to go into the rooms you've already created.  Some are duplicates so you need to delete these.

The Adirondack chairs that you are showing, are they on your property?  If so I would include that picture in my first five photos.

You have a lovely deck area that also deserves a prime feature and better pictures of this area are needed for guests to imagine themselves enjoying this area.

There are a lot of photos taken during the winter season and personally I would remove those for now and highlight what your place offers during the warmer days coming up.

You have over a 100 photos so cutting back on the non essential ones might be a good idea so that guests don't feel too overwhelmed by the amount of photos to swift through.  You have a Weber, great but no need to show it again with the cover on😉

Keep up the good work, guests love you and your place😊

Joelle,

How NICE of you to take the time to check out my listing and to make these suggestions. I whole-heartedly agree with them all. When I have the time.. I will "clean up" my pics. Would you know how to view your own listing without being uploaded to the hosting section of the website? It would be SUCH a big help if I knew how to view my listing in Guest mode.

Wow, right down to my Weber grill..... lol... You are so right, too many duplicates. People see. They get the point, haha.

As for the beach chair pic... it is a classic. That is Tod's Point Beach which is approximately a 7 minute drive away from home - so I wouldn't want to feature it... or would I?? Ha.  😉

Have a wonderful holiday. I have to sit down with a pen and paper and re-review your suggestions. ALL fabulous, thanks so much!!

Hello again @Andrea5994

Happy you found my suggestions helpful😊

Re the iconic chairs - leave them in the Additional photos and you can write under the photos where guests can enjoy them.  Why not include a Google map location of this area if it's a highlight with the distance from the house?

How to view your listing in guest mode?  Use the view button that appears when we are on our listing under the Listing Editor section.  Mid way down and in a black box.  Click on that and then to revert back just click again at the top where it says Host Mode.  This is from a computer.

I'm a big Weber fan that's why I spotted it😂

All the best Andrea and Happy Easter🐣

Joëlle
