Hi, this my first listing with Airbnb and I completed all the requirements. All that was pending was a building management review.
Here is a section of the e-mail I received from Airbnb

Your building’s management reviewed your listing and requested that you make the following changes before publishing. Once you’ve made these changes, re-submit your listing to your building’s management for confirmation.
Here’s what they said:
Thank you for submitting your listing request. Please send us the following information to airbnb @ wyn.com so we can review your listing for approval: an active and valid reservation confirmation number and the resort listing location. These listings will be reviewed Monday through Friday. Thank you!

I submitted this information with no response, I called Airbnb support and they said my approval process is handled by a group that is separate from Airbnb but they will try and reach out and see if they can resolve my issue.
What I received in response to Airbnb is the above e-mail again. So I resubmitted the requested info. I received no response after 5 days which was pass the building management review time. I called Airbnb support and they suggested I call building management and speak to the community manager... I asked Airbnb if they have any contact info and they said no and gave me this link to the community and see if I can get some support here. Its really frustrating since I have been waiting for this approval since April 5th.
Anyway, to answer you question, I expected that Airbnb will have support for all aspects of the hosting process and it seems it does not. Again this is my first listing and I am fumbling around to get my issue resolved.
