Hi, I want to complain about the suspending and the guest who wrote false information. It shows clearly on our photos that there is a doublebed for alltogether 2 guests.

Hi, guest with name of  ** September 2023, caused us now this problem. We will block this guest from further bookings. The photos clearly show that there is one double bed in the studios consisting of 2 beds. Your suspending is unfair !!!! Please, consider to activate it again. Alos send us your detailed information what to change, because we do not know what to change. It is like that since we joined airbnb and it was always understood by all guests. Check the photos, too - they clearly show that there is one double bed in the studio. These guests are wired - she was dressed like a nun. Really strange.
