Hello @Rameses1  -

I saw your question. While I am not yet a Super Host (Airbnb tells me it will happen in a few days).  I have been hosting our home in Oaxaca, Mexico for over a year.

What a beautiful home you have!   I used to live in North Beach in San Francisco.

These are my suggestions:

I would really flush out your house description.   Tell a story with it!  Describe the beauty of your home, and the comforts it offers.  Spacious rooms, recently remodeled kitchen and bath.  You have A LOT to offer, tell the potential guest about it.

I would also describe the where it is located in San Francisco.  Tell us about what makes this area a great place to stay. Detail some of the local nearby restaurants, and its proximity to downtown Financial Districts, North Beach and other places visitors would enjoy.

Maybe explain public transit, (something like.. "a near by bus that takes you to Fishermans Wharf in 15 minutes...")

I think you have a wonderful home, and if I was you, I would "sell" it to potential guests, you have so much to offer!

Check out our listing in Mexico, as you can see, I really told potential guests about the house, the area and what to expect while in Oaxaca!

Wishing you all the best and continued success with your home!

Best,

John

Hi.  It's John again...

I also suggest:

Put some art work up in the living room above the couch.  It will make the room pop, and since it's your first picture, it will draw peoples attention to the room.

Also, what beautiful kitchen you have!  Really describe the kitchen, "new  professional gas range and stove, French Door refrigerator, marble top counters, with dining island."

"A large bathtub, perfect for soaking after a day of taking in the city"

Again, you have a wonderful place!  Tell the potential guest about it!

Best,

Hi @Rameses1 ,

Your apartment is lovely. In no time you will be up & running with a little extra effort.
I agree with @John7474  plus in describing your place takes thoughts with effort as you need to be concise as you’re only allowed so many characters in your description

Don’t leave any room without pictures, shelves with out something on them , a tad more decorating. Some rooms look great.

Relook @ your pictures, describe what we are seeing, private bath off of master suite, etc. Try to describe pictures. Nothing against Stanley Steamer but be patient & get a picture of the front of your place with no cars or invest in an app to take the vehicles out of the pictures.

Take off the paper towel on the counter in the bathroom.

Arrange the pictures of you place in a more cohesive manner. The next platform update that will have AI automatically do this for us!

Do you have window coverings on all your windows? Privacy & not having blaring light come in a bedroom is a must for most guest or at least the option to adjust as necessary.

Get a picture of yourself on your identity. Makes potential guests more at ease.

Your on your way to a great place!

The best of luck!
