Hi @Nathaly53,
One thing that I’ve added to my Airbnb this year is a digital door lock. I can manage it from anywhere all over the world. I also think my guests feel safer because they have their own door code that nobody else could know. I have graded my bedding as well, adding a topper and a luxury mattress pad and two luxury pillows!
I’d be very interested to hear any tips or upgrades that you’ve done as well.
Happy Airbnbing!
Dossie

Hello @Nathaly53 and @Elisa - the forum always has more to discuss and great to reach out.
What I have to say - Amenities, amenities, amenities, clear descriptions, guiding through locations, local attractions, easy check ins, great WIFI, cleanliness, communication, proactiveness, personal connect, getting guest reviews, maintaining guest privacy and more in the game 😎😂!!!!
A recent learn and a trick that is working for me is to provide a little more than what is described in the listing 😜👍. I have started (I could be a 🐢 in the race 🙄) adding in milk, tea, coffee and an occasional goodie pack of my farm produce for my guests. I tell them that they can feel free to use all of them - but the information goes only after they check in. This has remarked a few mentions in my review and I hope that I am brining in an extra smile after they check in. So may be this is a trick to enhance guest satisfaction with small surprises and to get good reviews which in turn could attract guests and result in booking conversions for any property anywhere in the globe. Happy hosting 😍.
