Host ask for address, phone number, email address for registration to fulfill local requirement

Hi there,

I am a new host.  As a host, I need to obtain guest's address, phone number, and email address to fulfill local requirement. Normally How and when we obtain this information will be more appropriate?  Thanks a lot.

@Pui29 Make sure you put this requirement in your rules and explain who is demanding these data. Then either message the guest for the info or collect it at check in. What many guests fear is being asked to email copies of passports/ID documents so hopefully you don't need these.
