Host with multiple properties needs individual pdf report

How to download a pdf report of earning for individual property for hosts with multiple properties? I need this pdf individual report for the tax company when the monthly rent is $0, since information in $0 rental doesn't show up in the excel report and the tax company is asking for the individual pdf report as evidence of a $0 monthly rental. How could I have such information?

 I believe it would need to be a custom report that you'd need to create. Is that right @Joan2709, @New-Bern-Vacation-Rentals0 and @Guy991?
