Hosting for someone else & payouts to another bank account

Hi guys,

I am hosting a villa for someone else and need some advice about the payout settings.

FYI: I am just helping, not getting any percentage.

I am the host, the owner is Mr X and the payouts need to go to the bank account of a company.

However, when I want to set up payouts, this needs to be in someone's name (not a company) and it looks like this name has to be the same as the host's.

Can anyone advise on this?

Thanks!

@Kadek-Ayu1 I think you need to make Mr X the host and you be the co-host. If you also set up a separate email address you can share it (and Airbnb's password) so you can effectively manage the place fully. Mr X will have to trust you though.......
