Hosting two suites, one house - advice?

Hi! Thanks in anticipation for your replies.

I currently have two self-contained suites, upstairs and downstairs. I live in one and rent out the other. However, this winter I plan to go away and airbnb both spaces as I have FINALLY found reliable cleaners!

 

what advice can you offer me if you offer to host two places in one home? Linking calendars? Gaps between bookings? Not having both rented out at the same time?

@Nikki339 if they are self contained then its fine to just list both separately.
