Hosting with kids

Hi,

I am thinking to start Airbnb in my basement. As I have kids so one of my friend said that sound can offend the guests and which will ends up Airbnb to pay the guests from the rent. This can effect the reviews and ultimately I will not get any profit or rent.

Please confirm if its true?

Make it clear in the ad and in the communication with the guests. If your kids make you sleep and / or don't shout and / or play the drums all day and are just kids playing sometimes loudly you may have some negative reviews, maybe even some positive ones, but I exclude that airbnb can refund the stay for some kids. Especially if you mention them.

I hope you have more and better opinions soon.
