Hey Thomas, I’d say offer it year round. Different people have different likes and it may be the difference maker to have access to a hot tub year round.

The Hosts I work with that offer Hot Tubs do so all year. Some limit hours of hot tub use and some don't. Some Hosts only offer seasonal use of private, pools. It would depend on the location and climate.
