How can I improve my listing description

Like Photography, listing names, property description etc

You got good photo advice.

M two cents,

 

no dining table to at.

to me a luxury villa amazing trying to encourage more people 6 when two beds 4 people just gives me a bad taste,  Luxury is not people sleeping on my bedroom floor.

If unsecure pool area do mot encourage children.  In my state we have so many drownings in their own pools  accidents happen

I would lower the number of guests but not price the property is beautiful

Rewrite the description using like ChatGPT..  Giver it your current description and some key luxury details

My advise will be take good photos of your premises, most guests  particularly pay attention to the bed and bathroom, make sure you have great photos of these and list all amenities that you offer.
