@Elena3848. I do find your listings confusing. You state they both have one bedroom but from pictures the bed is in the living/dining area so here we call that a Studio, not a unit. Its possible that when people search for a 1 bed unit and find yours they are not proceeding. Have a look at your Insights to see who is clicking on your listing and what % go further, then compare to your local competition. Research who is getting booked and try and work out why from the reviews they receive.
Also, the only reviews you have had in 2 years appear to be for listings you no longer offer- including the reference to access to a bathroom via your bedroom. Maybe you have renovated since then but the pictures in #2 Unit have the bed against a window and a blank wall so which is it?
Your Guidebook only has pictures. Please add personal comments as this is what guests rely on- your local knowledge.
You should add more information to your listing; there are areas in your listing which dont have the same word limit as the initial description eg Things to Note.
