@Terry786 Go to Menu, Create new listing , duplicate listing.

Just be aware that cancellation policy will default to flexible, Booking to Instant Book and a few other things I can't remember so check the duplicated listing carefully.

@Mike-And-Jane0 Thank you very much.  Terry

What if duplicate listing isn't available?

Choose "copy existing listing" and it will copy but not replace existing listing. It will copy address but you can change it (be sure you do because after first stay you will not be allowed to correct an inaccurate address!). You can choose to duplicate existing listing's photos or not.  Just did one (duplicated listing) successfully.

After doing it, note new listing defaults (as earlier commenter stated) to Flexible cancellation policy, no Instant Booking, stays of 1-365 days allowed,  same day notice for bookings, and all dates open by default.

This doesn't work anymore. Under menu there is not option to create a new listing. I can only find that option with a plus sign and duplicate or copy listing isn't an option anywhere that I can find.
