How I will getting my listing more reach and visible to guest ....?

I suggest to change the main listing foto (now: a bottle of wine+glasses).

Also: when only 1 guest books the appartment, does this guest have access to all rooms ?

You could also consider to make more listings (for each bedroom) and then those guest will share public spaces.

You can still choose rent the entire appartment, but then set price on a higher level (at least as you have set now if the booking is for 4 guests).

(If you do both then link listings to protect against double-bookings).

@Emiel1  Thank you for your advice. If I were to choose, would photos of the bed be better? Currently, even with a single reservation, guests are scheduled to have access to the entire room. If I were to list each bedroom separately, is there anything I should be careful about? Each room has its own key.
