How do I leave a review

Hi All,

Forgive me for being dumb but I just had the nicest guests stay for my first ever booking but cant figure out how to leave a nice review and star rating for them?  

Can anyone advise?

I booked a room in Lisbon to stay in September 2020, received another one (inferior in all senses), the Airbnb customer service first admitted I needed to be refunded (after recognizing the room was really very different from the one I had bought) and then decided to "protect" the crook who rented it and went back on their own decision, saying I will no longer be refunded anything. Absurd!! I'll have to address myself to DECO Proteste, they are just a big scam and customer service is inexistent: dishonest people, stay away from this platform!

Use a proper website air b and b is just full of scammers they allow on the site so they can profit at your loss
Air b and b is just about letting psychopaths and scammers use there platform to con people. Then they are all about letting those scammers remove the bad reviews so they can keep making profit from there fees

Never dealt with a company this bad before!!!!

It appears you have little or no experience with Airbnb. 

It's not that Airbnb is perfect (far from it). It's that what you claim isn't among Airbnb's most prominent issues. 

(Hint: the vast majority of "scams" aren't victimising guests - and guests are always favoured in disputes).
