How do I open my calendar beyond a year but then block dates?

How do I open my calendar beyond a year but then block out dates?

I can do it day by day but that will take forever.

You can set the "availability window"  to a period longer then 1 year.

Then block dates by selecting a time period (click start date end drag to end date).

(If you only want to accept a booking on certain dates, then just open those dates.)
