How do you get your listing to show up as your business name and logo?

Hi there everyone!

I am close to host my first listing here on AirBNB, but have been a customer for years and enjoyed many stays. My question is, is there a way to get my listing to show that it is hosted by my business name and with the logo, instead of my personal name?

I haven't found a lot of information on this besides changing 'business details' under the 'professional tools', but my understanding is that US hosts can't access this from other posts I have read.

The last thing I want to do is create a new account under a different email just to do this as I have already spent lot of time creating my listing on my personal account and don't want to book future stays under my business name.

Is there any workaround on this or is creating a new account the best way to go about it? Thanks!

Hi @Carey109, Have you managed to figure this one out since Saturday? 

Professional hosting tools are available for all Hosts irrespective of a number of listings or location.

I am also reaching out to one of our seasoned Hosts @Joelle43 to get some advice on how your desired setting can be achieved.

I'm not sure I'm going to be much help to you Carey unfortunately as like you, I created my listing using my guest account but have entered my company name in the payout section which means that I appear as a professional rather than as a private host but under my first name rather than the name of the company and that's how I wanted it.

So when I book on Airbnb as a guest, it is my name that it is booked under rather than the company name and I can pay with a personal credit card. 

So if I understand you correctly, you would like to be able to book as a guest under Carey but have your business name and logo appear on your listing?  No idea if that's possible sorry!

Your calendar is not yet open so I can't see how you have been listed but personally I like the first name approach for my listing and would in fact prefer to be listed as a private owner rather than as

a pro but apparently there's no way round that once you enter a business address and payment. 

So you remember me saying at the beginning that I wasn't going to much help don't you??😂 I hope someone else more knowledgeable will come along with some useful info for you😉

make a QR code. You can put your business , etc into it.

Hi @Carey109 ! As @Bhumika mentioned about the marketing tools, all you need to do is create a Professional Marketing Page, see how to do that here: https://www.airbnb.ca/help/article/2386/

On the Pro Marketing Page you can have a different icon picture that your user profile (so could be your company logo). However, I haven't figured out a way to use a different description; it still uses your personal profile one. So I just edited mine to speak to my listings first and then had a blurb about me as a traveler after that.
