So I'm talking about the 'extra' compliments guests leave when they review you.
I can see them on my ipad, indiviually per guest, or as a total for each option, but how do you see them on a computer or phone. I don't really use my ipad that often for airbnb so it'd be nice to see them elsewhere.

These compliments are only visible in the App – and not on a PC.
I’ve been seeing them for a couple of weeks now in the App.
There are a few other pieces of functionality that are only present in the App and not on a PC.
And yes, Airbnb does sometimes gradually and geographically introduce new functionality.
So, that could very well be the case here too (can’t see the reason, why though).
Just make sure you have the last version of the App. And I suppose this piece of functionality will be rolled out shortly globally.
And most likely in due time, these will be visible on a PC too.
Only Airbnb will know, by when.
I wish that will allow access for co-host to see reviews. I have an Android One phone and I can't get access to it unless I use my computer. But through notifications, I can see the messages/reviews that they leave, so I guess that it's ok for now.🤷
I too am able to see these compliments in the app, and also some feedback items. I cannot see these via the website. This is a problem because some of the feedback is "missing towels" "missing toilet paper" "missing linens", "missing soap", "missing pillows".
This is mind blowing because no one has ever asked me for these things nor mentioned this in any of the written reviews and there is ALWAYS soap, three pillows on the bed, a quilt and their towels in the closet (the towels being in the closet is in the house manual, so maybe some guest did not see that, but the other feedback elements are mysterious). I always check that the toilet paper rolls is nearly full and put a spare under the sink (also in the manual).
I just spent a somewhat frustrating 45 minutes on the phone with AirBnB support. It took that long for them to understand what I was asking about (they kept directing me to read the private feedback section of the reviews) and they finally said there might be some things visible in the app that are not visible on the website.
They also concluded that the feedback items in the app are not something I can respond to in any way (except to acknowledge them and try to do better) nor do they impact my rating. This does not seem to be very useful except to confuse me and cause me to spend my time and AirBnBs phone rep's time trying to figure out what the heck each of us is trying to say to the other person.
I did try to highlight these particular items in my house manual but if people do not read the manual, there is little more I can do, except maybe verbally tell each guest. With my work schedule and theirs though, I sometimes do not see a guest for a few days after they arrive even though we are sharing the same house!
This makes twice I have ended up calling AirBnB support for one thing or another. Both times the calls have lasted for well over 1/2 hour. Admittedly the first one was somewhat complex. This amount of time commitment is frustrating to me.

and every compliment and feedback is visible there
I can see my own compliments and I think it's an useful tip.
However, if I were a customer, how do I filter out from a city only those that have had compliments? 5* with compliments is not the same as 5* alone.
