I would like to set up my account as a company. I have tried following the instructions provided below, but I did not see the question below that states "Do you host on Airbnb as part of a company and also when I created an account I also do not see where you can create a company account under account settings, can someone please help with this!!!

Here is a step by step guide on Joining Airbnb as a company or managing company info on an account. If you have any questions about how to set up the account, please feel free to start a new conversation by clicking below :
You first need to activate "professional tools" in your account.
In section "payouts" under "taxes" you need to add VAT number.
I can't seem to find settings under Account settings, like to know how to add company information to an existing personal Airbnb account
I'm having the same issue. I cannot find settings under Account Settings, and no create a company button anywhere either.
If anyone has any suggestions it would be appreciated.
I also am unable to find this and have tried to contact support several times but they do not see to know how to fix either. Terrible support.

I am having the same issue. I have already called Airbnb Support 5 times and it's probably one of the worst support team experiences I have had.
same problem. Their support team is useless. They keep sending me the same set of instructions... and I never get asked the question... then they switch me to a new support tech... and the cycle repeats. Since mid August! No resolution.
