How to Upgrade & take better care of my listing?

I don't know how you as successful hosts manage that well. What are the main tips ? I just came across a 2-year profile that has around 1500 reviews while I'm for the same period hardly have 25. I wanted to ask; do you also have another full-time job or this is your only occupation ? How do you keep the listing always in good condition? Do you use cleaning service or you do it yourself? How do you deal with changing bed sheets & providing all towels & bath robes for 1-night stays isn't that too much work for yourself ?  What's the best routine ?

I am fortunate that my Airbnb is connected to my house. That makes upkeep and turnovers very easy for me. I have been a super House since the beginning…  10 years ago. 

Also, I opted for guests who have good reviews only to book. We have been very fortunate to have great guests. We are retired. We also have help at times with a cleaning lady.

Our experience has been absolutely wonderful and stress free.

@Hatem-A-0 I am new to booking too.  I have only 19 reviews that made me a Super Host.  I’m not getting bookings consistently, not sure the algorithm is working.  I do my own cleaning and also provide a savory breakfast.  My views are spectacular and we also provide other services for our guests.

@Hatem-A-0 We are fortunate to own a cleaning company and our Airbnb is attached to our home so we are very hands on with the upkeep. We have a cleaning system that works very well, plus we keep a backup of all linens, towels and even small area rugs so that they can be swapped out quickly before the next guest, allowing us more time for cleaning and removing possible stains. We feel that it’s worth the investment. We are also located in a very sought after vacation destination and even close to a huge sports complex that holds sporting events and other events year round. It’s a perfect location for an Airbnb.
